My name is Melissa and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and have worked with individuals with disabilities for the last 15 years (with expertise in behavior disorders, Autism, early intervention and communication training). I created this care. com profile to provide specialized care for individuals with higher needs (caregiving, respite, babysitting, transportation). I do now have some physical limitations, so I would be unable to care for a child who engages in elopement or high physical needs.
