Melissa has watched my 2 girls (ages 5 & 4) and one of my boys (age 9) several times over the years, and has always been excellent with them. She is very kind and gentle, but firm and my kids respond well to her. I appreciate her warmth and the attention she gives them, and that she keeps them active and busy playing games and doing creative things. I am lucky to know Melissa on a personal level as well, and I can speak to her honesty and sincerity, and how much she genuinely enjoys being with children.
