About Melissa

Hello! My name is Melissa! I'm a college student taking mostly online classes, which gives me flexibility in my schedule (though it may change occasionally). I'm passionate about working with children and love engaging them in creative age appropriate activities, whether it's arts and crafts, creating games, or coming up with fun projects that help them learn while having a great time! I have over six years of childcare experience, babysitting for family, friends, and neighbors with children of various ages. For the past three years, I've consistently worked with two amazing families. When I started with them, each had one child, but as their families grew, I cared for their younger children as well. I've also worked for a professional nanny company (Kennedy Care) providing backup care, where I gained valuable experience. My background has taught me to be adaptable, patient, and creative. Caring for children isn't just a job for me it's something I truly enjoy.
