I have experience in elementary school settings while earning my Bachelor's Degree. Post College I continued to provide child care both in full and part time settings, ages ranging from 6 months- 11 years. I am an engaging care giver and enjoy being outside exploring. She is a wonderful caregiver, my 5 yr son is hyper and does not stop playing all day, so sometimes I worry that people will not be able to keep up with him or get frustrated with him. Not Melissa, she was able to calm him down when it was quiet time, and she was also able to help him transferring over from playing to eating, which sometimes can be a struggle with him. I was very impressed with her parenting skills and patience. I highly recommend Melissa and will be using her again in the future.
