Hello! My name is Melissa, and I recently moved to Oro Valley, Arizona. I bring over 17 years of senior care experience. My journey began with my grandmother, whose battle with dementia inspired my passion for helping seniors live with dignity, joy, and purpose. I've worked in assisted living and memory care community settings, over the years I served as caregiver, Memory Care Director, and most recently Divisional Memory Care and Programming Director. I specialize in creating personalized care routines, meaningful engagement, and a calm, compassionate environment, especially for those living with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia.
