About Melissa

Hi!! My name is Melissa! I am 32 years old! I am mom to a wonderful 7-month-old! I have been working with children most of my life! Built in babysitter for my younger brother, started watching other families in high school. After high school I got into daycare facilities and worked with preschoolers most for 6+years! After daycare I then started nannying. I have nannied for 3 families over the course of 10 years. My favorite things about being a nanny is building a bond with the children and the parents as well. I strongly believe a nanny is just an extension of the family. I love when children are excited to see me in the mornings, give me countless hugs and occasional "I love you"! I love assisting families in their day to day lives. In addition of taking care of their pride and joy, I enjoy helping out with chores, laundry, going through seasonal items. In a sense my goal is to have the parents spend as much time with their children after work as much as possible! Time flies by!
