I had hired and she worked one day for 4 hours to start the training process, she was scheduled to work the next day and she sent me a text stating she would be running late because of a flat tire but would be in as soon as it was fixed. I never heard nor saw her again. So I called the agency I hired her through to let them know and to make sure nothing serious happened to her before I jumped to conclusions so they in return called her while I was on hold on the other line with the agency and she told them she was fine and would give me a call but she never did
