I have 8 years of professional experience with children who have special needs, ASD, and ADHD. I am a Board Certified Autism Technician and have extensive training in the most extreme or challenging behaviors. I will always prioritize the safety and well-being of a child, especially during behaviors. I am CPR certified and trained in de-escalation techniques. I focus heavily on building rapport and enjoy getting to know the children in my care. I work with elopers, change diapers/toileting help, will work with aggressive children, nonverbal kids, or those with disabilities that require specialized care. I have a calm nature, a wealth of patience, and am always willing to be flexible.
