About Melissa

My name is Melissa I am 30 years and a qualified early childhood educator from Germany. Alongside my work with children, I'm currently studying Social Work to deepen my professional knowledge. I recently moved to Kernersville with my husband, who is here for work. I'm a warm, responsible and caring person who loves creating a safe, nurturing and creative environment for children. I've worked with children from 6 months to 6 years and enjoy adapting activities to each child's unique needs and interests. Supporting children through meaningful play and respectful connection is at the heart of my work. I have completed professional trainings on diapering, sleep and healthy feeding practices and I've also received certified pediatric first aid training in Germany. If needed, I am happy to refresh my pediatric first aid training here in the U. S. Good communication with parents is also very important to me. I am happy to provide regular updates to ensure transparency and trust.
