Melissa stepped in at the last minute to help us with an end-of-summer childcare gap, and integrated into our routine seamlessly. My 6-year-old warmed up to her right away and loved spending time with her. She helped get them ready in the morning and with activity drop-off and pick-up. She's a great communicator and always kept us up to date with what was going on. We would absolutely hire her again!
