About Melissa

Throughout high school, college and presently I've had babysitting experience on and off. Experience with babies to age 15. Did common things such as play games, meal prep, bring to park to play (weather permits), errands and so forth. Currently I am an RBT (registered behavior technician) which means I work with kids who are on the spectrum, autistic, trauma or problematic behaviors. My work background: From 2015 to Present *Previously an ABA therapist for IPP and a Bilingual Instructional Aide for Norwalk Public Schools. I also worked in the Stamford School district in CT as an RBT. When that ended I started with an agency that let me work in Ridgefield/Stamford Public schools in CT as an RBT for the past 3 years and currently New Jersey as well since I moved. I'm passionate about what I do because I love kids! So you can say I'm well rounded with behaviors and how to appropriately go about correcting them.
