I hired Melissa to help me take care of my wife who has dementia.  Melissa is quite knowledgeable with respect to caring for patients with memory issues.  She is dedicated to doing what is required with her patients.  Definitely a good hire!!

Melissa J. has been extremely unprofessional— it was scary! For our initial encounter, she used profanity and became irate and threatening out of the blue. We thought it was some mistake or strange joke, but she was actually communicating with me in a threatening manner and I didn’t do anything… we all were confused! I hired Melissa to take care of my elderly mother.  She is experienced in dealing with the elderly and very friendly.  She is a very thoughtful, dependable and detail oriented person.   She gives updates on my mother throughout the day. She assist my mother with her ADL's and takes her for short walks when the weather permits.  This has been a great help to our family.

Melissa is experienced and proved to be quite capable of providing quality care for my 94 year old mother-in-law and 57 year old mentally disabled brother-in-law. We hired her to take care of them while we were out-of-town. Melissa was everything you want in a care giver - thoughtful, dependable, detail-oriented and responsive.
