About Melissa

Melissa has been a part of our lives for over 30 years, and there is no one I would trust more with the care of my children. Her deep understanding of our family’s values, routines, and personalities has made her an extraordinary caregiver for our newborn, toddler, and older child. Melissa approaches each child with incredible care and attentiveness. With our newborn, she was calm, nurturing, and intuitive—always tuned in to feeding cues, sleep needs, and comforting. Our toddler thrived under her creative, playful guidance and consistent structure. And with our older child, she showed patience, empathy, and the ability to connect on a meaningful level. What makes Melissa truly exceptional is her ability to balance the unique needs of all three children while making each one feel special and supported. She is dependable, thoughtful, and incredibly capable. Her communication with us has always been clear and kind, and she respects our parenting choices while offering helpful insights drawn from her vast experience.
