About Melissa

Hi, I'm Melissa! I'm a health and life coach with a natural ability to create calm, safe, and supportive environments. I genuinely enjoy being around kids and helping them feel seen, comfortable, and cared for. I grew up with four brothers, so I'm very used to high-energy environments and know how to keep up while staying organized and patient. It's made me great at multitasking, staying present, and handling different personalities with ease. I also have hands-on experience caring for my 9-month-old nephew and my 4-year-old nephew, so I'm comfortable with both infants and young children. Whether it's helping with routines, engaging in play, or simply being someone they feel safe around, I show up with intention and care. I bring a balanced energy of structure and fun, and I love encouraging creativity, movement, and positive habits. I'm reliable, trustworthy, and treat every home with respect. My goal is always to create a space where both you and your child feel at ease.
