Melissa worked as a CNA for us and her on-the-job skill set is quite diverse. She was a flexible employee who was always willing to work with the scheduling needs for Paul, which had made her invaluable to us. She also brought additional warmth with her support dog, Buster. Most importantly, Melissa demonstrated great concern and care for her duties as a CNA. She is respectful and courteous.
