About Melissa

I am a loving, responsible. and devoted care giver with over 25 yrs of experience. The biggest joy in my work life is keeping people in their homes to live a life with dignity, love, respect and free will. Caregiving isn't a job to me, it's a passion. I have many years with working with clients with Dementia, Alzheimer's, strokes (TBI), Parkinson's, ALS, and more. I am comfortable with Hospice care and providing end of life care, not just for the client but the family as well. I only take on clients that I can provide for the long term. I believe that caregivers in and out is not beneficial, I think continual contact is crucial for the client for them being comfortable, and watching for signs of improvement, decline, etc. I can relieve families of everyday tasks as well, because caregiving takes a toll on families as well.
