About Melissa

I started working with animals in 1985. I love all dogs, but I specialize in dachshunds. I have two of my own and sit for many more. I've had cats for over 40 years, and love them all, even the hissy ones. I also have experience pet sitting for reptiles, amphibians, chickens, ducks, quail, rats, rabbits, and fish. I'm looking for a job that lets me help people by caring for their pets or people in need. I do in home overnight care, as well as daily walks, potty breaks, play time, and picking up poop! I am comfortable with multiple pets, senior, and special needs pets. My rates are flexible and vary based on your needs. I am responsible and respectful of your home. I will water your plants, pick up your mail, and let your maintenance people in. I have been fingerprinted multiple times for past jobs, and pass with flying colors. In addition to pets I have also worked with children, seniors, and cancer patients. I'd love to meet you and talk about your caregiving needs.
