Making a difference in people's lives is what I'm passionate about. With over 20 years of experience in child, adult and senior care, I specialize in autism and disability care as a certified Home Health Aide dedicated to providing compassionate support. My goal is to understand each care recipient's unique preferences and history to build a strong connection. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with patience and empathy. I offer respite care, help with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. and have taken a wealth of classes, receiving certifications across the board in early childhood education, working with the disabled as well as, child and senior care. Im looking for a rewarding job with purpose beyond just a paycheck.
