About Melissa

Melissa was an absolute joy to have as part of our family, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has a very unique ability to be extremely professional, mature, and dependable while also meeting a child completely on their level. That balance is incredibly hard to find in a nanny. I always felt confident that Melissa understood what was being asked of her. She communicated clearly, used good judgment, and required very little direction or over-explanation. At the same time, she built such a genuine and dynamic relationship with our child. He was always excited for the days Melissa would be there, and the bond they developed was very special. Melissa worked with our family Monday through Friday for an extended period of time and brought a wonderful sense of stability, consistency, and structure to our home. She was always punctual, reliable, and professional, and we never had any issues during her time with us. What stood out most was that Melissa wasn’t simply someone caring for our child—she became an important and trusted part of his everyday life. She created structure while still making their time together fun, engaging, and something he genuinely looked forward to. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have Melissa caring for their children. She is trustworthy, capable, kind, and truly a joy to have around. I would recommend her without hesitation.
