Melissa was with us for 4 weeks until my husband's paternity leave began. She took care of our son from age 10 weeks until 14 weeks. From the first day she started, she was awesome with him. She has a quiet, professional demeanor and was always on time. She sings, reads, and soothes him to sleep like magic. She followed the schedule we set for our son, and they both got along very well. At the end of our 4 weeks with Melissa, we had seen improvements with his milestones. He can turn his head from side to side, grab items, and today he rolled from his stomach to his back. We are first time parents and nervous. As the days went by, we trusted her more and feel comfortable having her watch him for our date nights. She was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely hire her again if the need arises!
