About Melissa

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion! Over the past four years, I've had the absolute privilege of working with children aged 3-12, creating engaging and supportive environments. My approach is firmly rooted in patience, creativity, and open communication. I provide verbal updates in person, but I am also happy to text or call, depending on your preference. I am comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing board games, educational games, and games/toys that are sensory building for young children. I am comfortable caring for up to three children. I am also happy to help with cooking, homework, meal preparation, laundry and light housekeeping. I have basic CPR and First Aid Training, along with undergoing Early Child Development Coursework in the college level. Knowing I can positively influence a child's life and development is why I love being a caregiver. I'm eager to learn how I can support your family!
