Hi there! My name's Melissa. I'm a mother and a registered nurse with extensive experience with children. I'm looking to provide childcare to a family who needs a flexible schedule and a reliable/safe caregiver. Before becoming a nurse, I worked for many years in a daycare and provided full time in-home care as a nanny. I have worked in pediatric nursing, labor and delivery and other specialties. I am BLS/first aid certified. I'm patient, friendly, and very supportive. I enjoy playing outdoors and educational games with children. I provide regular updates to parents via text, phone, or verbal communication at pickup, always following your preferred method.
