Experienced Care Giver Hello, my name is Melissa . I am a care giver and educator with over 10 years of experience working with both children and adults. I have experience with severely disabled adults that require substantial medical care including: tracheostomy care, oxygen dependent needs, tube feeding, urostomy bags, changing, toileting, feeding, wheelchairs and more. I have worked in elementary and high schools for five years educating and caring for children with physical and mental disabilities. I am returning to home health care so I can have a more flexible schedule that allows me to return to college and continue my career in the health care field. I love working with adults and children. I love all pets and feel comfortable caring for them, as well. I will also do light house work, cooking, and help with homework. The people I work with are as important to me as my family. I'm there to meet their needs and make sure they are living their best lives.
