We interviewed Melissa and had her spend some time with our family before we hired her to watch our 3 children. She is very reliable and highly responsive. She is also open to the requests of the parents, and communicated very well with us when she had any questions. Melissa cared for our 20 month old son, and our 4 and 11 year old daughters. She was absolutely wonderful with them! They took right to her with her calming presence and she kept them happy and engaged with activities. She is incredibly conscientious, dependable, and FUN! We are so happy to have her caring for our little ones, and they LOVE her!
