About Melissa

For almost two decades, I've dedicated myself to nurturing children's growth and development. My passion lies in creating a stable and encouraging environment where kids can thrive. I am patient, creative, and friendly, always eager to understand each child's unique personality, encourage their interests, and build their confidence. I have experience caring for children from infancy through teenage years. I am comfortable caring multiple children at one time. I have current First Aid Training and CPR Training. I enjoy playing board games, doing puzzles, being outdoors and engaging in crafts with minimal to no screen time. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents throughout the day via text to provide updates and by phone if needed. I also provide a summary of the day before I leave. I have my own car and am comfortable with pets, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision.
