We’ve had a wonderful experience with Melissa. One of her biggest strengths is how proactive and capable she is—she handles everything seamlessly without needing direction, which made our lives so much easier. She’s incredibly organized and great at multitasking, always staying on top of things around the house while giving our child her full attention. Most importantly, our child absolutely adores her. She is patient, calm, and really knows how to handle meltdowns with care and understanding. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our child is in capable and loving hands. We truly appreciate everything she’s done for our family and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, nurturing, and proactive nanny.
