About Melissa

When our current nanny suddenly backed out before her start date, my wife and I were left in a tizzy of what to do. Little did we know that would be a blessing in disguise as we found Melissa! Melissa took care of our little girl from 3 months old to her 2nd birthday. Her tenderness (yet setting boundaries when needed), education, helpfulness around the house, and all-around knowledge at every step of her progression as she matures has blown us away. As new and first-time parents, how someone would treat our little one was paramount. We were nervous. Melissa treated her as her own and any fears we had quickly vanished. I work from home so I get to see them interact every day and, “Mimi”, as our daughter calls her is just an incredible all-around human. Even as she starts daycare soon, we are going to ensure they stay each other’s lives as she loves Melissa to death. She is super excited everymorning to see her. They play together, read together, nap together, go to the park, and there is never a dull day. Melissa always has activities planned to keep her engaged and learning. She knows exactly what to work on according to her current age as well. We have watched her grow into such an amazing child and we know that is due in large part to Melissa. It’s hard for us to express how lucky we feel to have met her and cannot recommend her enough.
