About Melissa

I am a Bachelor of Science Educated Registered Nurse with several years of acute care bedside experience. I have worked in several different hospital units including the Emergency Department. I am currently taking a break from working inpatient hospital for personal reasons. As an RN, I am CPR / BLS certified, ensuring a safe environment for your loved ones. Working as an RN I have also learned to be patient and calm in stressful situations. I began taking care of seniors when I was a teenager looking after my own grandparents. I know what I challenge it can be to provide care for loved ones with chronic illness and through end of life. I am very approachable, and I am more than happy to follow your preferred communication method to keep you updated. I am happy to assist with meal prep, bathing, transportation, and light housekeeping. I look forward to hearing from you and providing support when you need it.
