About Melissa

I've worked with children in both home and family settings and I understand the importance of keeping their space clean safe and nurturing as I am a mother of a 3-year-old. I'm comfortable working around kids of all ages helping maintain order while being mindful of their needs, routines and energy. I also value kindness, consistency, and the trust that family's place in me when I am in their homes. I would like to share that I am currently employed full-time as an ABA therapist. I work one on one with children with autism and other developmental disabilities to help them build communication, social and daily living skills. I respect that every child is different so I tailor each session or interaction with each child to meet their unique needs always with patient structure and care. My goal is to help each child grow in confidence and feel successful in their every day life.
