Melissa was an excellent caregiver for my mother-in-law. Mother-in-law has dementia and could be very difficult at times, but Melissa was amazingly kind and patient with her. I'd also like to say having used multiple caregivers during that time and not having the same experience with them, Melissa was on time all the time and always filled in when I had an emergency need for someone to do extra. If I ever had a need for a caregiver again she would be the first person I would call. Mom ended up having to go into a care facility as her needs changed , we were sorry to have to part ways with Melissa. Any family would be lucky to have her as their caregiver.
