Melissa took care of our 3 year old during a week when daycare was closed. She was warm, attentive and like she says, treated my daughter like she was her own. I work from home so could hear and see them and Melissa was engaging and fully focused on my daughter. After Day 1 I was comfortable with Melissa taking my daughter on outings and Melissa had great ideas for different activities each day (park, library, swimming, farm zoo). My daughter felt safe and had a fun week! Melissa was also very responsive via texts and calls. Finally, being a mom herself, she knows to pack snacks, drinks, sunscreen etc and how to deal with car seats, potty situations etc. Little things, but all together amount to highly responsible, safe childcare. Melissa is a wonderful caregiver (and person) and I highly recommend her.
