About Melissa

I have experience working with children, teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. I provide one-on-one support with daily living skills, social skills, behavior management, community outings, and promoting independence. I am passionate about helping individuals build confidence, develop new skills, and reach their personal goals in a safe and supportive environment. I like working with kids because I enjoy seeing their growth and progress over time. It is rewarding to help them develop new skills, build confidence, increase independence, and overcome challenges. I enjoy creating positive relationships with children and their families while providing support.
