About Melissa

I have worked in the education and child care field for over 20 years. Starting when I was young as a babysitter, moving to nanay and preschool teacher as I went to college here in San Diego. I've worked with infants, toddlers and even up to teenagers. Supporting everything from morning routines, after school care, providing dinners and transportation to events. I have been a special education teacher for the San Diego unified School district for the last 17 years, and for the last 6 years I have been serving preschool age students both with and without special needs. I have extensive training to support students with special needs, including those who have autism and may be limited verbally. This also includes students with behavioral challenges and needs I look forward to getting to know your children and working together to help support how I can, whether that's after school care, date nights or some. extra support while you are able to get other household and tasks done
