Melissa has been our nanny for 1.5 years but it feels like SO much longer. She's become part of the family and is someone we love more than words. Melissa's cared for two girls (now age 2) and a one year old boy as our nanny/part of a nanny share. She's also taken care of my 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter while my husband and I were on a trip. In addition to taking care of my kids for plenty of date nights. Melissa is incredibly reliable, patient, sweet, proactive and just a genuinely good human. So much so that my daughter went through a phase of crying when it was time to come home every day! Melissa works with the kids to get them outside, reads to them, works with them on numbers, colors, animals, all the things. We're so sad she's moving back to be closer to her family but know Melissa will be an incredible addition to the next family she works with.
