I have known Missy (Melissa) for years since she moved to Nashville several years ago, and have hired her several times to look after my loved ones. Not only is she terrific with children, but she also excels at caring for elders and furry friends. Missy has a big heart and takes her duties as a provider very seriously. Melissa was wonderful with our son! She is incredibly patient and energetic. She will meet your kiddos where they're at and she is just an overall, kind, caring person. 

My girls (3 & 5) LOVE Missy!  She has been an amazing nanny during our 5 month stay.  She provided my girls with a structured day including a morning adventure walk or scooter ride and was excellent at effectuating online school classes for the girls. She always found time to make them great snacks and lunches and fitting in time to get on the floor and play Barbies with them.  Missy goes above and beyond by bringing magic shows and mermaid tails for swimming.  We hope to see her again on our next trip. I have used Melissa several times while in Marco Island and working. She has watched our daughter at age 16 months to 20 months. She is wonderful with our daughter. She tries to do new activities everyday with her. They do plenty of outdoor time to burn energy, coloring, reading, and playing. Our child flourishes with Melissa. We can't say enough great things about Melissa and would recommend her highly to anyone!

my husband and I were very nervous about how we were going to enjoy our planned vacation with our unexpected 3yr old granddaughter.  we had never used care .com before and we were so pleased!  we will vacation again to this exact location because we now know Melissa. I enjoyed working with Melissa (Missy) and my baby enjoyed spending time with her too. The rest of my family enjoy Missy helping us too. Missy was very flexible which make my schedule that week a lot easier. She has a lot of energy to keep my baby entertain for hours. She payed attention to detail if something is matter with the baby. She even helped with light housework even when she isn't expect to do that. She is a dependable and take great pride in her job. Missy was our babysitter for our daughter E for over 7 years and cared for E from the age of 5 years old to 12.  She was a fantastic influence on our only child E.  Missy comes from a solid hard working family who displays integrity, love and positive family values.  We had the unique opportunity to see Missy grow up and become the amazing woman that she is today.  She has always been a dedicated caretaker putting our daughter and family first as well as an excellent student who took her studies seriously and was also able to help encourage E to hold the same values when it came to her school work. I have known Missy since she and I were freshmen in high school and attended the University of Michigan with her in Ann Arbor upon graduation.  Now, almost 20 years later, I am a busy pediatrician who recently finished Medical School and is always in need with help because of my highly demanding job.
