Reviews are misleading. Wasted almost 30 Mins of my time in a meet call, just to make the whole call about them, was extremely emotionally draining and redundant, already lied before even being hired by lacking in proper communication, did not care about my childs details or the details of the position.  Could've kept it simple & said you are not serious unless they're older, married, or someone you won't make hypocritical judgements about.  Acted as if watching my child may not be  "worth it" because I'm a single mom from flint & profiled me due to that. Then proceeded to repeatedly complain about their own personal money issues, (yet had the audacity to question whether Im able to pay "nanny rates" and how others "like me ask about dhs" yet i previously JUST explained to them how I paid nearly 300 for premium just to find care to pay nanny rates on here to find a worthy person to watch my child....make it make sense) how potential clients on here act, and even went as far as to ask me if they could Spend the night if they watched My child on x day we may have agreed upon which clearly made me uncomfortable. Overall really weird experience and a total waste of My time. 

We were recommended Melissa last minute when our regular nanny was sick. She was punctual, tidy, thorough, and fantastic at communication. She cooked creative meals for our toddler and our older kids found her entertaining and fun. We will 100% use her again in the future and would have no hesitations to hire her as a full time nanny if we needed one right now.

Melissa is an amazing nanny/babysitter. She goes above and beyond. She has occasionally watched my toddler over the past couple years and now has taken care of my infant. She always  gives me updates and asks questions throughout the day. Very playful and patient with my wild toddler. She has taken care of things around my house like sweeping, dishes, putting together toys after Christmas, and helping out with the dogs. 

I have known Ms. Melissa for several years. My 9 grandchildren came for Christmas and I needed help. She was perfect. So nice to the children which is a job considering they are all boys.

Melissa cared for my 2 year old and 5 year old on several occasions.  She arrives on time, is a joy to be around, has a calm demeanor, and has many ideas at any one time for keeping my rambunctious kiddos engaged and creative.  She'll read, sing, build forts and snowmen outside, draw, make crafts, and gets right down on their level immediately.  She is responsive to the needs of the family, communicates well, and works hard to find the sweet spots.  She picks up around our house during down times and can put together meals and snacks when needed.  She's a great asset!

Melissa is a professional nanny in the best sense of the word - she is truly committed, super reliable, caring, and mature. My kids are not 'easy' (if such exist), but she always goes the extra mile, and then some, to keep them happy, safe, and comfortable. Whether it means walking with a stroller in the rain, or holding my colicky baby for hours, she is there for him. She is great with all ages, and does a lot of fun activities with my preschooler as well. I can have full peace of mind when my kids are with her!

Melissa has been great with our 3 year old! She's dependable, proactive, and always looking for ways to engage my daughter in educational activities.

We have a 3 year old and 6 month old, Melissa was amazing with both the kids, from the time we scheduled her we received prompt service, She made us feel comfortable from the start, Melissa is very caring and warm and our kids loved her right away especially our daughter who is shy towards strangers but warmed up to her instantly. She was very professional and easy to work with, and quite obviously loved kids. She texted with us while we were away and gave details of her time with the kids when we returned. Our minds were at rest away from the kids, thinking that Melissa was there with the kids each time, as it is always difficult to leave your kids, but it was reassuring that there was someone very responsible taking care of our kids . We would absolutely use Melissa's services again and recommend her to other parents.

Melissa is the best!!! She has been watching my 2 children at different times for about the last 7 months. She is always on time and my kids always have an enjoyable time. She has even been gracious enough to help with some cleaning around the house which as a single parent means so much!! She has been very flexible to since I sometimes get held up at work I can relax knowing it won't be a problem!!
