About Melissa Anne

Hello! I'm Missy, a National Board Certified Teacher (2025) in Exceptional Needs with 19 years of experience supporting children from birth to age 3 and their families through Infant Toddler Intervention. I receive the Fox9 2026 Top Teacher award and a Mn Teacher of the Year semi finalist in 2018. I offer early childhood developmental support and parent coaching to help children and families thrive together. I partner directly with parents using a collaborative, early intervention-style model where caregivers actively participate. Together we focus on developmental milestones, communication, social, emotional growth, behavior, daily routines, and individualized learning needs. My goal is to equip parents with practical strategies, confidence, and tools for everyday life. I provide coaching consultation and developmental support services rather than traditional, babysitting or childcare.
