We hired Melissa to be a respite/back up caregiver for my grandpa and we were extremely glad that we did! She is very reliable and a very hard worker. She was always willing and ready to help with whatever we needed her to do and did so with compassion and care. My grandpa really enjoyed her company and we knew that my grandpa was well taken care of when she was with him. It is obvious that she loves what she does and we felt lucky to have found her. She really became like family in the end.
