I have extensive experience working with a wide range of physical, psychological and mental challenges and disorders. I have experience with special needs adults and young children, with all levels of functioning. My last nanny job included a family with 3 children, 2 of whom have autism. I also love to care for newborns/infants, including multiples. I am First Aid and CPR certified and have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Drexel University. I am currently a childcare manager. I also have experience as a housekeeper and trained in medical massage therapy. I am happy to help with household chores and pets as well. I am incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to work with children as a professional caregiver full time.

I was a co-worker of Melissa's for eight years. She is a lovely person, sweet and kind. She is very intelligent and learns quickly. Melissa relates well to everyone, adults and children alike. She is intuitive and understands children and what they need. Melissa's job required her to multitask, which she did with ease. In fact, she made it look easy! Melissa would go out of her way to help her co-workers, and was always willing to take on extra tasks. She was a very hard worker and I highly recommend her.
