As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I have extensive training and hands-on experience supporting children on the autism spectrum. I am skilled in implementing behavior intervention plans, managing and reducing challenging behaviors such as tantrums, and creating safe, structured, and nurturing environments where children can thrive and build independence. I also bring a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis and am completing my master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis In addition to my professional background, I am also a parent of a child on the autism spectrum. This lived experience gives me a deep personal understanding of both the challenges and the joys of raising a child with ASD. I understand how important it is for families to find a caregiver who is not only qualified, but also patient, empathetic, and genuinely supportive. I approach every child with compassion, respect, and individualized care.
