I'm looking to revisit working w/families as I take a pause between academia & working as an art therapist. I got my BFA in Studio Art/ Psychology in 2006, & started formally working w/kids (my daughter was 3, my son was 8) as a teacher at a lovely preschool in Austin TX where I worked for 6 years and became part of that community. I like venturing into nature, exploring coastal tidepools, waterfalls, swimming, trails & nooks and crannies of the PNW. I enjoy road trips, reading, wool-felting, working with clay, making hanging assemblage art, cooking & sharing meals. I enjoy resting in natural spaces, too ~ just being in the moment.
