Melisa has been nannying for our 1.5 year old daughter for 5 months now. She is professional, loving, reliable and flexible. I can't believe how lucky we were to find her. She has been a caregiver partner for us, starting where we advised her and then developing my daughter even more, since let's face it, spending so much time together she is raising her too!
