Melisa has been helping take care of our 3-month old two days a week, and I am so glad we found her! From the first time we met, she asked appropriate questions related to how we like to do things. She then was very independent and was able to feed, change, and play with our baby without needing our help. She is willing to use our app of choice to track feedings and diapers and she also shared her location when taking our baby for a walk in the neighborhood. Melisa is extremely communicative, warm, and I trust her completely with my baby. Highly recommend!
