Preschool teacher from Germany, speaking english, german and french and had experience sitting up to five kids at a time working at private families. I am a mother of three and having twins myself and cared for family with twins previously, I am experienced with twin care. 
Most kids I have watched were newborn to young adults as I cared for children and young adults with disabilities.
I left my profession as an Air traffic controller years ago to follow my passion caring for children.

Job duties included, but not limited to: preparing bottles, diaper change, tummy time, potty training, early childhood education, school drop offs/ pick ups, homework assistance, indoor and outdoor activities, meal prep, laundry, sick care, bathing, bedtime, and other, depending on parents child care needs. First Aid, CPR and Infant CPR certified.

Melinda was amazing. She was our night nanny for almost two months. We had her in twice a week, sometimes 3 times a week depending on how our baby’s sleep was going. Melinda is very reliable, calm with babies and patient. She is a great communicator and very kind. We loved having her! I’ll definitely hire her again!

We didn’t just find a nanny-we found family! Our kids adore her, we trust her completely (especially overnight) and I could not imagine raising my boys without her in our home for those first two years. 

Melinda was with us since my firstborn was 4 months to 1.5 years old and then I had another son during that time as well. She shows up with her whole heart and loves my boys as they were own children. Whether it was navigating toddler tantrums, sleep schedules or finding new ways to feed them vegetables and fruits, she did with grace and so much love. We still have a relationship with her and her family to this day! We had to move for work and had to part ways (BREAKS MY HEART) but would take her back in a heartbeat. 

Any family lucky enough to hire Melinda will understand that they are gaining family not just a nanny. 

Melinda has an amazing, and warming personality. My son had no problems opening up to her. She above and beyond her duties! She washed dishes, picked after my toddler, brushed our baby’s teeth and put him to bed. I couldn’t have asked for anything else! I absolutely felt at ease with having Melinda care for my toddler while I was away. I recommend her to anyone needing a trustworthy, and nurturing babysitter. Melinda is so wonderful with our toddlers. When they first met her, they didn’t want her to leave and when she did watch them, they were having so much fun didn’t even noticed we were gone. She is always on time and communication is amazing.

Melinda was absolutely fantastic! We booked her to go to a comedy show and she immediately made us and our kids (7 & 3) feel comfortable. She is warm, friendly, kind & we got the sense that she is a loving and authentic person. She was also reasonable and accommodating of last minute changes.

Melinda was great! She was available on short notice and my girls (4 and 2) loved her! We will definitely be having her watch our girls again! 

Melinda has been watching our 9-month-old daughter for several months, and she is a phenomenal caretaker. She created a daily routine with her that she loves, including walks around the neighborhood, reading lots of books, songs, and games. My family has a goal to learn German, and Melinda talks with our daughter all day in both German and English, so that she can get familiar with the language and sounds. As our daughter is learning to eat, meals can get very messy, Melinda has been incredibly thoughtful to clean up and keep the house tidy. While our daughter is napping, Melinda helps put away toys and even helps with dishes. When our son's preschool is closed, Melinda also watches him and plays age-appropriate games to ensure both of our children are engaged and having a great day. Our kids adore Melinda and always look forward to "Melinda days", and we cannot stress enough how professional, caring, thoughtful, and attentive she is.

Melinda was absolutely wonderful babysitting our two children while we were in town for an event. She took the time to do a meet and greet with us at the park beforehand, arrived early the day that she was babysitting, and even helped us unload and get the kids settled in. The kids instantly liked her and were happy and comfortable. She took great care of them and kept the place neat. The next day our son asked when she was coming back to play. :) We just wish we lived closer so she could babysit for us more!

Melinda was wonderful with our children, and we felt very safe leaving them in her care. She arrived early to meet our family and asked very good questions. She played games with the kids, prepared dinner for them, and put them to bed. We look forward to hopefully hiring Melinda again in the future.

I was in Arizona for the weekend and needed a sitter while I attended an evening family party. Melinda was early, she knew how to engage my 2 year old and he took right to her.  When I got home from the party, she let me know how everything went, including how much he ate for dinner. Melinda was truly professional and extremely kind. I would whole heartedly recommend her.

Melinda joined our family as a summer nanny to look after and keep my 3 school age children busy during the summer break.

She was great about planning activities and play dates with their friends. That was really appreciated since she organized the kids each having a friend come over to play. 

Melinda was everything I could've asked for and more! She is dependable and always arrived on time. I can't say enough positive things about her. Nothing negative.
