Making a difference in people's lives is my calling. For the past 10 years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. My experience includes working as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I'm passionate about creating a comfortable environment and building genuine connections with those I care for. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I keep families informed with written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred communication method. Supporting families by providing reliable care is also very important to me. I find immense joy in knowing I've made someone's day a little brighter.
