About Melinda

I'm an energetic mother and grandmother, and have over 20 years experience caring for young children. I can help with meals, travel, laundry, light housework, and more. For many years I've taken classes in CPR, Epipen and First Aid, and received those certifications. Fun Fact: I'm a published author of kid's books that are both funny and educational. For over 20 years I was a Montessori teacher for children ages 2-6. I primarily focused on making learning fun and enhancing children's self-esteem. I believe young children learn best through play. In the last 2 years I was blessed to work as a nanny for 2 of the nicest families! One family has a sweet baby. (sadly they moved away) The other family has 3 wonderful children.
