Mindy was our nanny since my daughter was three months until she was eight months old. She is very dependable, punctual, and responsible. I felt very comfortable leaving her with my kids (ages 8, 4, and 8 months) to watch them while they were home from school or during babysitting at night. She is truly a kid at heart and loves being around kids. She is a hard working a will get what you want done during the day. She has a pretty flexible schedule and worked with us by staying late or coming in earlier if needed. We were very thankful to have her!
