Mindy has been our full-time nanny for our 2 boys, ages 1 and 3. She drove them to preschool and activities; I was never concerned about the safety of our kids while they were with her. She was punctual and reliable. While the kids were at school she would help with laundry, dishes, etc. She was a great communicator and always kept us in the loop. She was flexible with our scheduling needs which was a must given our professions. She was loving with the kids and I could tell they really enjoyed being around her.
