Melinda was truly amazing. she was a God send for our family. She was always punctual, respectful, dependable, and such a joy to have in our home. She cared for both my energetic toddler and my four month old baby at the same time while I worked from home, and she handled it with so much patience and confidence. She kept my toddler engaged with activities, made sure both children were well cared for, and followed our household rules consistently. On top of providing exceptional childcare, she helped keep the house tidy, took care of light housekeeping, and even cooked meals when needed. She was proactive, trustworthy, and always willing to help wherever she could. I would hire Melinda again in a heartbeat—a thousand times over if I could. The only reason we are no longer working together is because she had to move.If she hadn’t relocated, I would have happily kept her with our family for as long as possible. I cannot recommend her highly enough
