About Melinda

As a school counselor and nanny I've dedicated myself to nurturing young minds and creating enriching environments for two decades. I worked for a family with two boys for 10+ years helping with after school care, summer care and overnights. I have multiple years of experience working with infancy to age 17. I hold a masters degree in counseling and have completed coursework in Early Childhood Education. I have two families that can provide references as well. I am patient, energetic, approachable and caring. I provide regular updates to parents via text or phone call, always respecting your preferred communication. I have a no phone policy for myself when caring for your children unless they are already in bed for the evening. I am certified in First Aid and CPR. I can assist in cooking, housekeeping and overnights.
