About Melinda

I have been in nursing for 24 years. A CNA for 4 years and LPN for 20 years. I worked as a Wound Care Nurse , I passed medication, and worked with dementia and Alzheimer's patients in memory care unit. I worked at the same facility for the 24 years. I'd describe my personality as friendly, caring, dependable. I like caring for seniors because it has been a field I loved since a child. I watched my mom and nurses care for my grandma. I'm looking for a job that I can help my client maintain or improve his or her quality of life. I started caring for seniors when I finished my CNA certification in 2005. In my spare time, I like to cook, read, paint, spend time with family. One thing you should know about me is I'm a hard worker. My skills include companionship, helping with ADLs, and cleaning.
