I have over 30 years of experience working with young children, both in classrooms and in-home settings. I bring a calm, structured presence and focus on creating an environment where kids feel comfortable, capable, and engaged. I value consistency, clear expectations, and giving kids the space to grow into their independence. I naturally connect well with children and enjoy building real relationships with them over time. I also have a strong appreciation for outdoor and nature-based activities. I like getting kids outside, moving, and exploring, rather than keeping them cooped up all day. I'm reliable, straightforward, and comfortable managing the day-to-day flow of a household. I take pride in doing things well and being someone families can depend on.
